What to Bring
- Photo ID for you (and spouse if filing jointly)
- Social Security cards or ITIN letters for everyone on the return
- All W-2 forms from employers
- 1099 forms (if you received any)
- Last year's tax return (if available)
- Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit
- Healthcare coverage statements (Form 1095-A, B, or C)
- Childcare provider information (name, address, tax ID)
- Any other tax documents you received
Who Qualifies?
VITA services are generally available to individuals and families with income of $64,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and taxpayers with limited English proficiency.
