Senior citizens may take advantage of all NWBCC, Inc. has to offer; such as a hot meal five days a week and various group activities. Eligible seniors must be 60 years of age or older to qualify for services and Nutrition Program. We welcome your suggestions on improving the program and encourage you to let us know about activities you wish to experience!

SENIOR CENTER

Daily hot lunch program at noon, Monday – Friday. Reservations two weeks in advance. Please call for information. Suggested donation is $3.00 (Dependent on county Covid – 19 restrictions).

RECREATION

Each month, we offer a range of engaging recreational and educational guest speaker workshops, including visits from health professionals, and community leaders. We survey the seniors for their interests and needs and find agreeable community partners to share their knowledge with us. Various group activities are available for seniors. Including: Bingo, nutrition education, AARP safe driving classes, monthly trips, coffee, conversation, and more (Dependent on county Covid – 19 restrictions).

 

TRANSPORTATION

Available for medical appointments, group shopping, and trips to the Senior Center. Suggested donation is $3.00 per one way trip. To schedule an appointment please call two weeks in advance.
